G&T At Home is based in Middlesbrough and has a showroom so if you place a order and would like to collect from the showroom this can be done by appointment only, please contact us via phone or email to arrange this.
Orders sent in the post will have different delivery costs depending on what is been sent.
Goods must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt, undamaged and in their original packaging.
You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us, unless you received a faulty, damaged or wrongly despatched item.
Please repack your item with care using all the original packaging or a suitable alternative. As the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
We will inspect the returned item and will notify you of your refund/replacement or exchange via email. We try to process returns as soon as possible once they have reached our Warehouse. However, returns can take up to 28 working days to be processed, especially during busy periods.
We will refund back to the card used to purchase the product(s)
Postage charges for returned products are the full responsibility of the purchaser.
Some of our products are handmade or have a unique finish which means that every product is slightly different.
We do our best to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition but in the rare occasion that this isn’t the case, please contact with an image of the damage product and we will get back to you with the best solution.
